ActionCOACH Dan Zimanski
Dan Zimanski is a proven business coach that is passionate about helping people achieve both their personal and business goals. He focuses on asking the right questions that lead people to think differently and inspire action that leads to incredible increases in revenue and profit for their businesses.
It all starts by understanding the dreams and goals of the business owner. “We customize the coaching to meet the client’s needs using the many different tools and programs that the ActionCOACH system provides,” Dan explains. “My passion is helping others succeed, and nothing is more rewarding than celebrating the success of a client.”
Dan has extensive experience coaching business owners. Prior to starting his ActionCOACH business in 2008, he was the National Sales Manager—Franchise for the Oreck Corporation. Dan managed a team of 18 professionals supporting 175 franchise owners in over 350 locations. In fact, in four years under his leadership sales grew by more than 40 percent.
Dan’s vision is to maximize community wealth through inspired actions. He consistently contributes to the Northshore community of business owners through his involvement in the St. Tammany Leadership program, BNI, West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and the Mandeville/Covington Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. He is also a youth baseball coach at Pelican Park and through the ActionCOACH “Coaching for a Cause” program is helping a local non-profit, The Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC)/Hope House, achieve their goals of creating awareness and preventing child abuse in the community.
Since his marriage to his wife, Beth, in 2007, he is a proud stepfather to three beautiful children—Molly, Annie and Jack. In addition to his work at ActionCOACH, he attends St. Timothy’s Methodist Church in Mandeville, loves to coach youth baseball and enjoys spending his free time fishing, duck hunting and training his dogs Brody and Daisy.
